Prior to entering the Real Estate field, Ralph was in sales for 20 years as a partner in an office equipment and supply firm. After selling the business to a Fortune 500 company, he entered into the home building business for the next 7 years where he developed an interest in the Real Estate Sales side of the business. For the past 7 years, the combination of sales and home building experience have served Ralph and his clients well in today's Real Estate market.
Since becoming a full time Real Estate professional, Ralph has earned the Accredited Buyer's Representation designation, Graduate Realtor Institute designation, his Broker's License and has become a Certified Skilled Negotiator. In addition he was the Top Producing agent in the Prudential 85 North office in 2005 and achieved the Prudential Honor Society sales level in 2005 and 2006, placing him in the top 15% of the 70,000+ Prudential Agents nationwide.
